Terms of Use

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Mordiem.com (the “Site”) and related services, smart contracts, APIs, and interfaces (together, the “Services”) operated by Mordiem and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, agents, employees, and associates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “Mordiem”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements where you live. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws and any agreements that apply to you.

2. What Mordiem Provides

Mordiem provides interfaces for interacting with blockchain smart contracts, AI inference routing, and token staking protocols. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose.

3. MDM Capital Stakes & Non-Custodial Design

The MDM system is a fully audited smart contract ecosystem on the Base chain. Capital stakes are held by those contracts—not by Mordiem staff wallets.

There is no mechanism that lets anyone access a user’s capital stake except the user, through the wallet they used to deposit. Mordiem admins and maintainers cannot access, move, seize, or control user capital stake balances in any way.

Because of that design, you are responsible for securing and maintaining your own wallet—including your private keys, seed phrase, device security, and any approvals you grant. If you lose wallet access, we cannot recover your stake for you.

Balances, credits, yields, rewards, and similar figures shown in the interface are for informational purposes and reflect what the contracts and systems report. They are not a separate promise of payment outside those systems.

4. Our Commitment to the Community

We believe in protecting our community and users. We will do everything reasonably in our power to protect your stake—through audited contracts, careful operations, monitoring, and responding when issues arise.

That commitment does not mean we can guarantee outcomes against every risk. Decentralized systems, third-party networks, user wallets, and the public internet involve risks outside our control. Section 5 and Section 7 explain those limits clearly.

5. Risks You Accept

By using the Services, you understand and accept the risks of blockchain software and digital assets, including:

  • Bugs, exploits, hacks, or unexpected smart-contract or software behavior.
  • Loss, theft, or permanent loss of access to tokens, wallets, or private keys—including funds stolen by attackers.
  • Misuse of the Services by you or others.
  • Price volatility, including the possibility of total loss of value.
  • Outages or failures of the Services, third-party providers (such as Venice AI, Morpheus, Base, or other networks), or the internet.
  • Regulatory changes that affect the Services or related tokens.
  • Failed transactions, incorrect routing, gas costs, slippage, front-running, or other on-chain events.

Mordiem is not liable for losses arising from misuse, bugs, hacks, or stolen funds. We still take community protection seriously and will work hard to reduce those risks wherever we can.

6. No Guarantee of Yields or Returns

We do not promise any particular yield, reward, return, APY, or other financial benefit. Displayed rates and estimates may be wrong, may change, or may stop altogether. Past results do not predict future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mordiem and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and related parties (the “Mordiem Parties”) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of tokens, coins, or other digital assets.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • Loss of yields, rewards, staking returns, or earnings.
  • Costs of obtaining substitute services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transactions.
  • Any other matter related to the Services.

This applies under any legal theory, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where local law does not allow full exclusion of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent that law permits.

8. Your Responsibility

You agree to use the Services lawfully and to take responsibility for your own wallet, transactions, and decisions. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mordiem Parties from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

9. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Site or in the Services is financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Talk to your own advisors before making decisions about digital assets, deposits, or staking.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party protocols, networks, APIs, or contracts (including Morpheus, Venice AI, Base, and others). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or legality. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Availability & Changes to the Services

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for losses that result from those changes.

12. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Site belong to Mordiem or its licensors. Please do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mordiem’s principal operators reside, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under commercially reasonable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms are the full agreement between you and Mordiem about the Services and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact channels listed on the Site.
