Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Mordiem.com (the “Site”) and its owners, operators, and affiliates (“Mordiem,” “we,” “us”) are committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do (and don’t do) with it.

1. Information We Collect

The only information we store is what is strictly necessary to operate the user interface and services found at Mordiem.com:

  • Wallet address — your public Ethereum wallet address, provided when you connect your wallet and sign in via SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum).
  • On-site activity — token balances, staking records, API key metadata, usage events, and transaction job records generated through your use of the Site. This data is stored solely to render your dashboard, track your balances, and process your transactions.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, IP address, browser fingerprint, location data, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your public wallet address.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for one purpose only: to implement and operate the user interface and services at Mordiem.com. Specifically:

  • Displaying your balances, staking positions, and usage history.
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, staking, and unstaking requests.
  • Routing inference requests and crediting MOR proceeds.
  • Generating and managing your API keys.

That’s it. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

3. What We Don’t Do

  • We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
  • We do not share your information with third parties for marketing, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
  • We do not use your information for profiling, targeted advertising, or behavioral tracking.
  • We do not send you emails, newsletters, or promotional communications of any kind.
  • We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored in our application database solely to power the Site’s functionality. We retain your data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Services. We do not create backups of your data for archival, research, or any secondary purpose.

5. Blockchain Data

Transactions you initiate through the Site are recorded on public blockchains (such as Arbitrum). Blockchain data is inherently public, immutable, and outside of Mordiem’s control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to data recorded on-chain.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site interacts with third-party services such as Venice AI and the Morpheus network to route inference requests. When your requests are forwarded to these services, they are governed by those services’ own privacy policies. We do not send any of your personal information to these services beyond what is required for the inference request itself.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored in our systems. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own wallet and private keys.

8. Children

The Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you may reach us through the channels listed on the Site.

In short: we only store what we need to make Mordiem.com work. We don’t share it, sell it, or use it for anything else.
